Murang'a Bodaboda Riders NTSA Driving Test

Today, the third cohort of Bodaboda riders, registered through a collaborative initiative between the County Government and the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), successfully undertook their official driving tests as part of an ongoing road safety training programme. Upon successful completion of the program, the riders will be issued with legal Government driving licences. These licences will not only enable the riders to access insurance services but will also protect them from harassment by law enforcement agencies. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance road safety across the County. By equipping Bodaboda riders with proper road skills and certification, the program aims to reduce road accidents and promote safer transport for both the riders and their passengers. The County Government remains committed to ensuring that all road users operate within the legal framework while upholding the highest safety standards.
